I cannot comment fully as I haven't had the holiday yet, however its hard to get through to anyone and no one ever calls or e-mails you back once you have booked.

Friendly adviser but ask me again after I receive my E- Tickets which have not yet arrived.

Checked it all online they phoned to make the booking as I had some questions. All handled quickly and professionally.
