We are most disappointed with the review. The reviewer is aware that we are making every effort to resolve this issue with the supplier as this was not a Destination2 issue. The reviewer had been in direct contact with the supplier and she has thanked our Customer Relations team for their prompt attention in the complaint process.
All we could ask for in the process of hotel and flight booking
The young lady empathized listened attentively to my travel requirements went the extra mile and came back with an even better flight

We are disappointed that a response has not yet been received to any correspondence. We have checked with our admin team who have responded as at today's date which is within the timeframes of the auto response. We apologise for any inconvenience.
