Thank you for your feedback, as you booked online our system does have restriction for certain aspects to the arrangements and if you had specific requirements, these could perhaps have been tailored better by a telephone booking with one of our specialists. However, we will ask the relevant team to look into the content of your review and respond via normal channels.
