Absolutely terrible booked me into a hotel that is closed

Hello Leslie, the supplier accepted your booking on behalf of the hotel when the reservation was made in good faith by us. If the reservation cannot be fulfilled, the supplier is obliged to offer alternative and we can see you now have a new property booked. The supplier deals in departure date order, as do we, so timescale for being made aware of such issues is not always as swift as dealing directly to a hotel. We are pleased it is resolved to your satisfaction now however.
