Dear Mr Robson, we do not advertise non existent holidays. We make reservations via suppliers and there is availability at that time. Occasionally the hotel has overbooked and later inform them. For our part, we work with our customers to achieve the result required for a holiday to continue and certainly any extra payment made for this is at the customers agreement. Unfortunately the rates charged by a hotel or supplier for any reservation are beyond our control and not something we can absorb.
All good, prices are nice,and affordable, but, very,very slow response from you. Wot ever you ask,waiting 5 ,or more days for responding.. excuse, Covid., no,no,no.. stop that nonsense,and start...

Great, no issues. I’m writing this review because I saw lots of bad reviews and was hesitation to use destination2 however they saved me a lot of money and everything was very straightforward
