Don't bother with the savings. The headache isn't worth it

Communication is poor and promises aren't kept
Staff are friendly, but really slow to confirm booking which made me anxious. I am due to fly out in 10 days and they still haven't got back to me about getting extra leg room seats on the flight...
Extremely helpful and very good value, beat Emirates on price.
Would definitely book again with this company, very helpful and informative and also great on price.

Great but not so great agent they work with
Destination 2 was great but their agent did not send the booking over to the hotel until the day before. I spent £24 in international costs chasing the hotel.

Hello Umar, we did confirm to you by email the same day you booked that the reservation was in place. This was a reservation made via a supplier who may have had their own third party supplier.
The suppliers hold a block of rooms allocated by the hotel and when you approached the hotel directly, they would not possibly have been aware. Final guest names are often not sent until the day before checkin. We are sorry that you may not have been aware of this process and incurred unnecessary costs.
