Cheap hotels but deposit is high

Hello we are disappointed you found this to be the case about the deposit since you booked online on our website which is clear about that point before proceeding. You also ticked to accept our terms and conditions which further explain fees if you change or cancel. Very good but could have been more consistent on answering one question we had.
I sent the code I had been given by you, and they sent a reply telling me to use QCVRQY which is the code we used, and we sent you a photo with us using that code. so not impressed to be honest.
