Mr Wiles we are sorry you were unable to travel but the hotel are still entitled to charge where you are within their cancelation period and your travel insurance are with whom you should address reclaim of your losses. We are disappointed that you found our service lacking when all that has been done is to direct you accordingly in accordance with the policy and booking terms and conditions.

Don’t tell me I have 3 options
As I said everyone has a decent fair Covid19 policy
But not you, the resort is 3 star at best not 5 substandard service short staffed, very dirty, you should know your resorts

I decided to search many comparison websites in the hope I would find a cheaper deal on the holiday I wanted. I found Destination2 by chance, as the price was in my case around 300 to 500 pound...

The girl on the telephone was professional from start to finish and organised our holiday that we had found online but needed help with , she also sorted taxi s for us
