We are disappointed with your review. Thie issue seems to have been your own. You appear to have made two bookings for different months and only required one so we have dealt with this for you. We have cancelled one and transferred your credit.Unfortunately, the costs for the arrangements you do want are more expensive and we have to pass these on. We sympathise with the mistake but the supplier costs are beyond our control.
