Hotel stay cancelled with less than a week's notice.

We are very sympathetic to your situation, as you know we acted as a booking agent only in this case and it was a matter of overbooking by the hotel. This is beyond our control and although we passed on details of what new arrangements could be offered, again we had no control over availability. We are sorry that this was such short notice but there was no delay on our part once we were made aware. We hope that you managed to enjoy your holiday and can see that the full refund has been passed on.
