Total **** , 7 nights is really 6 and then £75 cancellation charge 10 minutes after paying and realising what they have sold u online to get your money back

Hello Tony, since you made your booking online without assistance, the flights selected by you resulted in the number of full nights only being 6 and not 7. We are sorry that you did not realise this when making the booking. Unfortunately, when a booking is in progress, the cancelation fee applies and this is also clearly stated in the booking terms and conditions you ticked and accepted at the time. We are sorry you feel that this is reason customers should not use our website but we do not accept this review content warrants it being our responsibiity for the outcome.

dont accept your response, booking online is in my view misleading by the fact that you dont highlight this, even your agent when I spoke to him agreed it did not seem right and was mis leading !
Agreed £75 cancellation 20 minutes after paying was harsh but he had no alternative
Would tell prosective customers to not book on line and speak direct to agent and buying on line appears to as I said not be to customers advantage
Have also repeated this on review on TrustPilot

Also please note I emailed your customer services department on 18/8 as advised by your telephone agent referenced above
its now 30/8 and no response to email whats so ever !!!!

Speedy booking
Destination 2 have an efficient web site that is easy to navigate and exceedingly fast . Booking is followed by prompt details by email. Their prices are very competitive .
