The site is easy to use and book holidays.
I do think the after care customer services needs improving. The communication is very slow if you have a problem you cannot speak to anyone to rectify...

I had already chosen my holiday online but booked it on the phone the guy was really helpful and made sure we have everything we need he’s going to email the hotel to make sure we are right next door...

So helpful
David was so efficient and helpful. He got back to me quickly and it was reassuring to have someone I could contact if I had any problems. Would definitely use again
