Error with booking seemed difficult to resolve, however eventually (3 different departments) manage to invoke 7 day cancellation policy and may re-book once refund received.

I spoke to Sam Waldon who assisted me in booking my holiday. She was extremely knowledgeable & friendly & took care of everything even advising me on locator forms & paperwork. Great customer service

So far have been professional and friendly. Keep promises as well.
