Made a booking in October, not April as stated.
Had to ask questions as booking confirmation didn’t cover all benefits that had been booked.
Paid deposit at time of booking. Surprised at £3.95 charge...

Danielle provided outstanding customer service. This is my third time booking and find the service faultless. Danielle went above and beyond to help me book the correct rooms for our holiday.
It was an online ordering experience - what's to say ? It was straightforward - the holiday experience will be worth a larger review

All the staff that I have spoken to have been very helpful and friendly. We had a particularly complicated situation and I feel the staff were very good at helping us out to put this holiday together.

Awesome customer service
Very speedy service by the staffs. Very friendly and helpful people. We loved our cruise holiday bought from Destination2.
