Cover looked good, overall what I wanted. I’ve held a Debenhams store card for many years. Also I get £5 Debenhams gift card when purchased but not received yet !

Thankfully haven't as yet needed to claim however the setting up of the policy was very easy and straightforward

I cancelled the insurance by accident no one told me it was cancelled so it lapsed when I tried to renew I was told I had to reapply and the price went up £5 amonth wohoo thanks for the service

Slow process
It seemed to take a long time from the initial phone call to report an issue to Debenhams actually picking the device to get if repaired. Had to send phone back twice as it had not been repaired...
