Dear Sir, I'm glad you found us helpful and that we were able to sort your enquiry quickly. I think it is important to explain why you have been charged for 4 days in total. We charge daily rental for a 24 hour period from the commencement of hire. You collected the car at 15.30pm on the Thursday, so this is when the hire begins. You say in your review that you hired a car for Friday and Saturday but that you may need it for Sunday. So by Monday you are in the 4th day of hire. I trust this explains the situation.
