Initially I was charged £79 for a 10 minute home visit which was the only downside. The purchase, delivery and installation of the washing machine was all top notch.

they are not faceless eg if you have a problem or need advice they are there for you

The delivery and fitting of the built in oven and hob was efficiently executed. I was very pleased that he took away the old cooler and hob and left everything nice and clean.

Brilliant customer service from order, delivery to installation. Would highly recommend.
