Hi,

This is very unusual, I have had a look into it.
I can see that Royal Mail have attempted to deliver your order since the 5th November however they seem to be having a few issues. I have contacted you separately via email with the tracking details and hopefully this will resolve the issue.

My query regarding sizes was answered swiftly. The ordering system is brilliant and the delivery was days sooner than I expected. The generous returns policy with Christmas looming is a good extra.
