I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with gift boxes provided with your order, they usually do not arrive damaged, this may have happened in transit.
I know that my colleague Sharon is currently in correspondence with you and has organised for four new gift boxes to be sent to you asap. I hope that this will rectify the issue.
For future orders please note there is a 'pack items separately' tick box that can be marked at the checkout to ensure that items are packaged in separate gift boxes if they are presents, there is also a comments section that can be filled in too.
