Having waited until 1 week before the flight to check in I had not received the Flight reservation details, after leaving a call message to Angela on 7MAY26 with no return I called in 8MAY26 & was informed your outbound email was held from 22APR26 & not despatched. This meant I had missed non chargeable seats & have been charged £42.96 (£11.49 x2 outbound & £9.99 x 2 return) NB These re the cheapest options remaining. Very disappointed that these documents relating to the holiday had sat unnoticed in your system until I called 1 week before departure to enable check in. I request that this charge is refunded. I have also amended my satisfaction rating accordingly
