getting the actual arrival date was a bit fraught i had to phone a few times before i realised there was another option on the menu ?? gap between was way too long or maybe message could say ' choose...
But i would have prefer my item to be handled by two delivery men as oppose to one, as my item was dropped by only one delivery man carrying it. Was not very happy about that.
Having read other comments was a little nervous re noise and drying.........it is slightly noiser than our old machine but having an open plan downstairs, I haven't noticed any real noise difference....
