I am still waiting for a response to a telephone call to customer service regrading. The poor service and delayed fitting from Currys, which took 10 days from the date of arrival to fitting.
I initially ordered one from Tesco Direct and they were unable to deliver on a Saturday so I cancelled it. Currys is user friendly round the times that suit working people with limited leave options.
