We certainly understand the frustration when an item isn't immediately available, and apologise that one of your two items has an expected delay of around a month. Our linen shirts and polo shirts have been exceptionally popular this year, far outstripping past seasons and our expectations. Rest assured, we're working hard to secure more stock so customers can enjoy these fantastic shirts this summer. As requested, we've cancelled the item from your order and you'll receive a confirmation email shortly. Please note that as you haven't yet been charged for it (that only happens when an item is dispatched), no refund is due. Any pending charge will simply disappear in a few days.

We're very sorry indeed for the issues surrounding your shirt purchase, and for the further confusion caused by the email you've recently received. That will have been an automated email, tied into the store systems. It can, of course, be safely disregarded. It's disappointing that we let you down in respect of the initial collection at the store, but thank you so much for working with the team to arrange a replacement.
