Thank you for making us aware of the delay in your return being processed, which is incredibly frustrating for both of us. We've checked the status of the return via Rebound (our online return partner), and there has been no update since the label was created on 27th April - and no sign of the parcel being sent. Sadly, this appears to be a breakdown in communication between Aus Post and Rebound, so we haven't received the usual notification to complete the exchange on our end. We've now completed the exchange for you in light of the wait you have experienced, and you'll receive a confirmation email to that effect in the next few minutes. Hopefully, the new items will be perfect once received.

I'm very sorry indeed to hear that the shirt you received was faulty. I've arranged for an expedited replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible and I would greatly appreciate it if you could check your new email for all the details In the meantime, would you be so kind as to check your personal inbox for a separate email from us? This will contain your return label and we will always try to arrange a printer free option first if at all possible. If you have received a printer-required label, I’m afraid that this means there is no printer free option for your order. Please don’t feel the need to rush this back to us but please do return it at your earliest convenience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I'm sure the replacement will be nothing short of perfect.
