Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your parcel was delayed in getting to us, that should have been a next day service too but appears to have been delayed, we will take this up with DPD. Super speedy, brilliant service
Last year I waited nearly 2-3 weeks for my analyser to be calibrate, this year 48 hours! What a turnaround, brilliant service. They even replaced my cracked screen for free, couldnt be happier.
