Service and return of item carried out very quickly. Disappointed that it took DPD 5 days to deliver to Anton

Good morning, thank you for your feedback. I can see that this took far too long for the parcel to reach us & have raised this issue with the courier. We do plan to switch couriers soon, so all being well you shouldn't have this issue next time round. Regards, Steve

Postage is unreliable.
The service from Crowcon is good.
My issue is with the postage DPD.
The last three years it has been unreliable. They left my Analyser on the door step this time. Luckily I was home waiting for it....

Good morning, thank you for the feedback & sorry to hear you have had issues with the couriers. I will take this up with them as that isn't good enough, but we do plan to shortly switch which couriers we use, so all being well you shouldn't have these problems in future. Regards, Steve
