Good morning Ralph, thank you for your feedback. We can see you needed the 5th year service this time which is more expensive than the standard calibration as both sensors need to be replaced. The good news is that is only every 5 years, so for the next 4 years you will just need the standard calibration that you had in the previous 4 years. If you need anything further please feel free to contact us.

Calibration & despatch was completed within 2 days as promised, but looking at the online tracking I can see that there was a delay in the couriers delivering it to you.
