I bought the dies on a Saturday and they came in the post the following Thursday, which was very good as I had bought some things from another company and they took over a week and a half to come...
I didnt get my stamps and they just wouldnt answer the phone or emails as to why. Customer service left something to be desired.

Hi Meena, thanks for your feedback. We did reply to your emails and did issue a refund for the stamps you ordered but which, in the event, we were unfortunately unable to supply. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Thanks Dave for responding. I just want to clarify that i called so many times and left messages both on the phone and email and it was only till later that you responded. I was very happy customer prior to this incident and would recommend you highly but unfortunately lack of customer service let you down.
