We can only apologise that the time it took for the client to provide feedback was longer than you expected and that your consultant was on annual leave and then on a client visit when you called in for feedback. As we hadn’t received feedback from the client when you called, the consultant’s colleagues were unable to provide you with feedback that they didn’t have.
