Sorry to learn about the packaging issues with CT-50. This is obviously a mistake on our end and we will be happy to replace the product or give you a refund. Please contact customer service with your order information and let them know you have an issue and they will take care of it.

So sorry for the delay! It’s the first we've heard of it!? We shipped out your order priority mail, the same day we received it. We also emailed you the USPS tracking number with your sales receipt. I did just track the package and it shows "out for delivery today". It looks like it was a postal service issue, but we can't get a definitive answer from them on why it took so long? Again, I do apologize for all the inconvenience. I promise you if we had known earlier, we would have jumped on it!
