Very poor. Poor response time. Fault with the website meant my policy was incorrect. No reply to my email 2 months later. Hold music/ notifications not tailored appropriately.

Staff need to be across and understand the full business.

Despite 2 follow up emails I have not received a response to my request.

Initial sale was ok but am still waiting on a reply regarding a refund or credit for this policy as the holiday won't go ahead.
