The cover was fine if I went on my trip. But due to covid19 trip was cancelled. I feel as though I should have a recieved a refund or postponed until I can travel again.

Thumb very far from the pulse when it comes to Covid-19
I found it very unfair that I had to pay a refund fee while cancelling my cover due to Covid-19 cancelling my holiday and I was outside the 15 day cooling off period.
Policy is worthless in the Covid19 situation. Would give them 0 if i could.
