You never Know how good your insurance is until you make a claim.
Unfortunately needed to claim for water damaged smart phone & camera, depreciation applied very unrealistic, amount offered for the items unfair!
Had to reject offer made & then justify why more...
Disappointed my luggage was damaged by transferring from ship to shore, I had only used it twice & unable to claim - or not worth it. Now out of pocket & having to purchase a new bag.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Not sure why you were unable to claim, unless you did not have the supporting documentation like receipts. We encourage all of our customers to keep receipts for the items they travel with to ensure we can calculate the cost of the item minus depreciation.
