It took a while to submit my claim but eventually got all my money back.

Covermore were very inflexible, took more than three months to respond to a claim and was one of the worst insurance experience that I have dealt with. Avoid like the plague.

I submitted my claim on Saturday afternoon and it was approved by close of business on the following Monday - I was very impressed!

Customer service and arrogance was pathetic.

Claiming online was so easy and it came through in just a few days. Phone support was really caring and helpful at the time of the injury too.
