the claim was settled quickly but I did get a bit confused with the exchange rate and it didn't come in a lump sum. I was happy the claim was accepted in the end with no worries or hassles.

A major tropical storm impacted the start of my holiday after I arrived and only part of my claim was paid with no explanation whatsoever of why part of my claim was denied.

Upon making a claim for a broken iPad, I received less than what my insurance package cost me for my iPad. I understand there had been depreciation on my iPad but i could've at least been reimbursed...
