Excess
I have taken out multiplie covers before and only have had to make one claim but the fact there is a $100 excess needs to be more clear

Hi there, sorry to hear you feel this way. You have the option to change your excess and select the amount you're comfortable with. Just keep in mind that the lower the excess, the higher the premium.
