Hi James, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our claims process. We have been using a new claims system, which has had a few upload issues. We are hoping this is being resolved shortly. Checking with the claims team now, I understand they need a full hire contract from you rather than the booking confirmation that you received online. This is the legal contract that you are responsible for and therefore we do require sight of this to process your claim.
