I dealt with Thomas MacIntosh and he was excelllent. I have 2 properties I let and he almost halved the cost for the equivalent cover

EFFECTIVE POLITE AND ANSWER THE PHONE STRAIGHT AWAY!
Always get straight through to speak to staff... dont have to listen to how high up in the queue I am! They listen and help with queries ... and do what they say they will do and then I receive what...
