Good but not the best at communication

Better communication needed in order to build confidence and trust in service. I didn't get this.

Very thorough and kept me in the picture as things progressed.

Sorrow is extremely helpful and nothing was too much. Trouble would recommend her to help anybody with their house sale.

Unfortunately they do not offer the personal service and when moving home this is needed more than ever. Very disappointed with the solicitors as a whole and would not use them again
