Excellent service

Both the outward and return crossings to Guernsey were on time - the return in fact was running early. Food from the restaurant on the return was a bit limited for choice.

Smooth sailing, almost on time - the main problem: it took a very log for time for foot passengers to leave the vessel - and the process with too small a shuttle seemed absurd.

Everything went well but it would have been better if we had an allocated seat in the Horizon Lounge. Our seats were fine but the fact that it was unallocated led to more pressure to get to the...

Staff were amazing . Mattress in middle felt broken . Told staff about it also found two **** magazine under mattress and gave them to member of staff . I did want possible children finding them ....

Made welcome as soon as we got on board, staff very friendly and helpful, weather was horrendous. The staff were checking to make sure you were okay, the captain kept us updated with the weather...

very good. exactly on time and very comfortable. I was home for Christmas whereas colleagues who flew were delayed food was good. I like the IPA draft beer
