First and foremost we would like to apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Initially our courier bought back your order damaged, so because of this we did have to order a new lintel in to stock. Then down to human error a wrong lintel was sent out to you. We rectified this as soon as possible paying the courier the extra charge for a Saturday delivery. We have offered you discount on a future order which we stand by. We do apologise for the delay in delivery as we do appreciate your business
