They took a double payment and insured my boat twice. emails to their linked contact us page were returned. Two days now no refund, still two polices for the same boat. Not impressed.

Thank you very much for leaving us your feedback. I am really sorry to hear about the issue you had when purchasing boat insurance with us. I completely sympathise with your frustration, and can only apologise for the error.

I have spoken to the Leisure Departments Team Leader, who has informed me that you have spoken with my colleague Sharon. I understand she has cancelled the duplicate policy, and a refund should be in your account within the next 3-5 working days, depending on the card issuer.

Your documents have also been sent out to you in the post, and should be with you shortly.

Once again I would like to apologise for this error, and any inconvenience it may have caused you. If there is anything further we can do to help, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

Thank you very much for sending us your feedback. Our customer's comments are so important to us as they allow us to constantly monitor and modify our services where possible.

I am really sorry to hear you felt like we were cold calling you, and that you received follow up emails that weren't necessary. I can completely understand your frustration.

I have passed on your feedback to our Senior Management for them to review, and I have also asked out IT Team to see why you were called and emailed about proceeding with a policy, after purchasing a policy with ourselves. This way we can make adjustments to our system if necessary.
