Disappointed to find that Nicol has only addressed one of several points raised by me. Why did CBI not call me back with the underwriter's response, regarding the age of boat? CBI undertook to call me back with an answer on the following Monday, but no call had come 10 days later. Why did I continue to get phone calls and emails, offering me boat insurance through CBI, after cover was put in place through CBI on 22 Aug 18? Why do I continue to receive further emails from CBI on 25, 26, & 27 August, endeavouring to sell me boat insurance through CBI? The 25 Aug & 26 Aug emails offer me a 10% discount, on Promo Code EC1 A10 - after taking out cover on 22 Aug. Why was I not offered this 10% discount by your sales person, when setting up insurance cover on 22 Aug? In view of this sequence of events, please will you now consider offering me the 10% discount on the premium paid through CBI on 22 August? Regards Graham Ovens
