Very professional my knife was delayed dew to my name change (by deed poll) as they cross reference your name on the local vote register or validate my age. They phoned me and sorted the problem ASAP...
Excellent overall - postage abit steep if your ordering something small though

Thank you for your feedback. I'm afraid the postage is not cheap, this is due to Royal Mail changing the spec for small/medium parcels meaning most things now go Parcel Force, which is an £8 charge. I'm sorry about this, but there is little I can do.
