Lovely gentleman delivered our coal, put it in the bunker, took away the bags and had time for a chat while he worked.

It would be nice if the telephone message the day before delivery could be more specific as to the time of delivery ( i.e. AM or PM). This would reduce the waiting around time for the delivery.

They are very good but sometimes don't call me to let me know that my logs are being delivered.
