Dear Mr Jones, Many thanks for your recent review. We do offer our customers two options for ordering when a particular item is out of stock. Firstly, you may wish to pre-order the item so that it may be reserved to your order and will then be automatically dispatched once stock becomes available. Alternatively, we do offer the option for our customers to receive an email reminder once stock of an item does become available. 

We understand that on this occasion, you have selected to pre-order the Tungsten 3.5mm Rose Band Ring as a Click and Collect order from our Cardiff store. Please note that since you have pre-ordered, you should receive email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We are very sorry that you feel this wasn’t made clear on our website and that you travelled out of your way to our Cardiff Store to find that the item was not yet available.
