Thanks for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear the parcel was delivered to your old address. However, as previously advised the old address was not amended by yourself at the time of ordering. Unfortunately until the parcel has been received back to us we cannot process a refund. I understand this is disappointing and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thanks for your feedback. We do advise to allow up to 14 days for a return parcel to be received back and dealt with. Upon further investigation, I can confirm the refund has been credited back to your card on 7/7/26, which is within our service commitment.
