Thanks for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear the parcel was delivered to your old address. However, as previously advised the old address was not amended by yourself at the time of ordering. Unfortunately until the parcel has been received back to us we cannot process a refund. I understand this is disappointing and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Upon further investigation, I can confirm the refund has been credited back to your card on 7/7/26, which is within our service commitment.
