I was generally pleased with the service given but would have liked an email to let me know my goods had been dispatched so I was kept up to date with the progress.

Sorry to hear one pair did not meet your requirements. However with the Lucky Dip Trousers it does state it can be of any style or colour. We will try our best to have your replacement order sent before your holiday. Thanks.

normally service very good but just sending out replacements is not a good idea
