Having reviewed your order, I can confirm that two pairs of trousers were ordered in different sizes online, and the items dispatched matched the sizes selected on the original order. I appreciate that this may not have been what you intended when placing your order, and I understand your frustration. If you no longer require one or both items, please return the unwanted trousers to us using the free Evri returns label enclosed with your parcel. Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, we will be happy to arrange an exchange for the correct size or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
